DRSA OR DRSA shell means the District Rifle shooting association Jalandhar.
Office bear shall means and include the Ex-officio command sports PAP as president, vice president, general sec, joint sec/treasurer of the DRSA and such other office bearer as may by decide by the executive committee from time to time
Rifle clubs shall mean a rifle shooting club consisting of least seven shooter can be affiliated to DRSA and will also include, universities or educational institution rifle shooting clubs schools shootings clubs, Air rifle pistol clubs and the like having any one on all the section the shooting includes in the programs of DRSA

Jurisdiction
The territories jurisdiction of the DRSA shall extend to the whole of the jalandhar distt.
By a simple majority decision, authorize any one or more of the members to execute, sign, present, file and get registered the document of mortgage lease, sale or transfer or moveable and immoveable property (ies) of the Association.
All other matters necessary for and annexed to the functioning the club.
